Bird journal: on the move

The birds have been flocking for a month or more.  

Sand hill cranes in early November.  

I’ve counted as many as 130 geese in a single formation.  

You can always hear the trumpeter swans before you see them. They sound like clown cars.  

Turkeys have been sneaking around the barn. 

My favorite little bird will be migrating our way soon!
